The
Absolute works with nothing. The workshop,
the materials are what does not exist. Try and
be a piece of paper with nothing on it. Be a spot of
ground where nothing is growing, where something
might be planted, a seed, possibly, from the Absolute. |

BODHAYOGA
 Bodhayoga is the culmination of
Michael’s 15 years of self-practice and 7 years of teaching. Bodha
is the act of awakening the body, mind and spirit. Yoga is the
practice of connecting to the Source and the union of all the
aspects of the Self. Bodhayoga achieves this by a unique combination
of two complimentary styles of practice. In the yin practice,
gentle, sustained poses awaken the joints and connective tissues
while the mind is trained to focus through vipassana (insight
meditation). The yang practice is in the vinyasa (flowing) style.
Vigorous and active, it strengthens and lengthens the muscles,
increases stamina, opens the meridian channels and anchors the mind
with ujayi breathing.

| Present
moment, wonderful moment. |

Hanh |
Bodhachi is our unique synthesis of chi
kung (qi gong), taoist yoga, applied buddhist philosophy and
vipassana meditation techniques. Externally, the practice looks very
much like traditional chi kung with the addition of seated and
reclined positions. Internally, the participant is lead through a
systematic process of self-inquiry and observation. The emphasis of
this practice is not on the physicality, but on the clearing of the
meridian channels and the release of negativity and self-limiting
beliefs. Bodhachi may also include periods of spontaneous practice
and non directive guidance.
